Meet Kara Robertson

Hi, I'm Kara Robertson, a dedicated philanthropy strategist with nearly two decades of rich experience and a deep personal commitment to the nonprofit sector.

This unique perspective comes not just from my professional journey but also through my personal involvement in helping my family establish a family and nonprofit, and volunteering my time on boards such as Opera Orlando.

My track record includes fundraising for two major comprehensive campaigns of $1 billion and $500 million, leading four critical capital campaigns, and authoring successful grants for prestigious groups like the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Humanities.

In addition to raising funds, I’m also personally passionate about helping organizations assess their current development efforts and staffing to ensure efficiency and optimal success.

By blending my extensive experience with my personal insights, I am uniquely positioned to transform fundraising challenges into impactful results, fostering growth and sustainability for the nonprofit community.
